Let me tell you a few things...
BIO
I am a strong believer in data driven and centric design. I believe that understanding your users and acknowledging their needs and frustrations is the key to improving functionality, ease of use, and enjoyment.
Research
Combining quantitative data, qualitative interviews provide the what and why. A great starting point for any project.
Analysis
The research must be synthesized. I prefer creating archetype personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
Design
Rapid, constant brainstorming, and prototyping starting with loose hand sketches before moving to tools like Keynote or Sketch.
Test
The design must be tested outside of the team, ideally with real users, to validate assumptions and find issues early.
Launch
Launch early and fabricate with a minimum viable product, then add layers of functionality.
Evaluate
Keep testing. I have seen how continuous, small improvements can lead to augmented results over time.
